About this painting . . .
Color Energy 3 used a geometric form, with a large central shape and two smaller ones. The geometric shapes contained many smaller free-form designs. Light and dark colors were contrasted to help the eye move within the painting. The geometric forms floated in a sea of blue, with bubbles or spheres running diagonally to give a slash of color.
