About this painting . . .
Lewis-Clark Odyssey was my attempt to honor that grand adventure. Three scenes tell key aspects of the story: Lewis searching for the path of the Missouri. The Corps of Discovery traveling through dry, strange land. Celebrating their arrival at the Pacific Ocean. After using watercolor on gessoed paper and applying protective spray, no glass was needed in the framing.
