About this painting . . .
The Singapore airport has a fantastic array of exotic plants. One terminal waiting area has a pool that is dressed with many sizes and colors of orchids. Since I had hours to kill, I sketched these Singapore Orchids, then found a place to apply watercolors. Many people had to peek at what I was doing as they hurried past. I finished the painting on my next flight, bound for India.
