About this painting . . .
I walked over and floated under the Smallest Bridge in Brugge, Belgium, several times. I was so attracted to it that I sketched it. While doing the sketch, someone told me that the famous Mexican painter, Diego, had spent time on the bridge years ago painting the canal. I settled for my own painting. October 15, 2005
