About this painting . . .
While at a timeshare on Kauai, I met this native Hawaiian, Valorie, who allowed me to take a picture of her. She even added the hibiscus blossom to her ear to add a little color and atmosphere to her dazzling smile. This 2009 portrait is in watercolor.
