About this painting . . .
In Color Energy 2, I began a series. It was an attempt to explore how color and a strong design could hold the attention of viewers. My inventions in this painting were new abstract and geometric shapes, adding roundness to the main forms, and having the shadow be more textured and pronounced. Small spheres running diagonally replaced Color Energy’s paint splashes.
