About this painting . . .
Emerging Forms began as doodles on a trip to France and Monaco. Although I wasn’t especially interested in painting abstracts at the time, I became fascinated trying to change doodles into a pleasing design with character and depth. This painting, in acrylic, was my first attempt at creating an abstract.
