About this painting . . .
Friends of ours were turning their weathered beach dwelling into a larger home. To have something to remind themselves of the fond memories they had in the old building, they asked me to use a photo of their porch as a guide for a painting. Ritter’s Porch, watercolor on acrylic gesso, was the result.
